Upon receipt, aliquot and store the 8-Nitroguanine Standard at -20ºC and the 8-Nitroguanine Conjugate at -80ºC to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Store all other components at 4ºC.
Use of the reagent
The OxiSelect Nitrosative DNA/RNA Damage ELISA test kit is a competitive enzyme immunoassay developed for rapid detection and quantification of 8-nitroguanine in urine, serum, or plasma samples.
Storage
Human ELISAs or ELISA kits will be stored at +4°C. The expiry date is mostly determined by the standard stability. If your ELISA kit is expired we can supply a new standard so it will still be functional.
